Thousands of people warmly welcome Desert Foxes
Thousands of Desert Foxes fans made for Algiers international airport Sunday morning to welcome national football team, returning home from Angola, where they took part in the 27th Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2010, from 10 to 31 January). At dawn, hundreds of people gathered at the entrance to the airport to see their idols and congratulate them for their "more than creditable" performance in the most prestigious African sports event. Braving icy cold, national team's supporters waited hours this morning to warmly welcome the national squad, flying the national flag and chanting songs glorifying Desert Foxes.
