Algerian director Moussa Haddad on Saturday started filming "Haraga Blues," a feature-length film, at the Palace of Culture of Algiers. Two scenes of the movie were performed by three young actors unknown to the public, representing the main characters, in the presence of a large crowd. "Haraga Blues" is a social drama relating the story of two young Algerian friends, Zine and Rayane, who cherish the dream of joining the north shore of the Mediterranean in search of a new Eldorado. The film's events mainly take place in Algiers and Annaba (600 km east of Algiers) and some other towns through which Rayane drive towards his uncle's home to get the money he needs for his trip.
