Arab League warned Monday against the deterioration of the situation of Al-Quds in a context of judaization attempts made by Israeli authorities. Arab League assistant Secretary General to Palestine and Arab occupied territories affairs Mohamed Sbih said the Israel is publicly judaizing, with the help of the army and intelligence services, the city of Al-Quds, and called the countries to honour their commitments, taken during Syrte summit. Arab and Muslim citizens, intellectuals, trade unions, and civil society are called to counter these Israeli measures, Sbih added, mentioning the excavations made and the destruction of 20,000 houses by Israeli authorities in the holy city. In this regard, Sbih announced that the preparatory commission for the international conference to support Al-Quds scheduled in February 2011 in Qatar, will hold on Wednesday a meeting of permanent delegates.
