Weather forecast was shortcut by an unexpected storm followed with heavy rain in the eastern part of the country and the center area. Heavy downpours have caused damages in roads, blocking some of them. Circulation situation is by now hammered in two Wilaya of the country according to police report. In M’sila, the national road n060-A linking the city of M’sila to Medea at the leve of Ben Dhia village, and the national road n° 8 linking M’sila to Bouiria are blocked . In Djelfa,(South East of Algiers) road n0 146 linking city of Sidi Baizi and Medjebel (M’sila) is also blocked . On the other hand, late in the night strong down pours in Djelfa have caused the death of one persons while 4 other have been rescued from raging waters . Police report said that following a call, police units hurried up in flooded location to help water trapped vehicle with 5 persons onboard while the fifth one aged of 18 has ended dead .rescued persons have been evacuated toward sanitary center of the region
