A draft resolution of health is about to be presented for a debate. Health minister Djamel Ould abbes while on visit, touring health institutions in Oran has disclosed a new document to be submitted before union for a debate. In this sense, Ould Abbes has urged the participation of the union to debate about the this draft resolution, and the sanitary chart , explaining by then that this charter isn’t anymore based on administrative limits.
