The head of state signed presidential decrees

The head of state, Abdelkader Bensalah, signed five presidential decrees on Tuesday ratifying bilateral agreements in the fields of cooperation and trade, in accordance with Article 91-9 of the Constitution, according to an official statement.

The first decree concerns the Protocol of Cooperation between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the enhancement of the common cultural heritage, signed in Algiers on 6 February 2018.

The second decree concerns Amendment No. 1 to the Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Health between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Government of the Republic of Cuba, signed in Havana on 30 January 2018.

The third decree concerns the Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, signed in Algiers on 13 April 2017.

The fourth decree concerns the Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Health between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Government of the Republic of Cuba, signed in Algiers on 10 May 2016.

The fifth decree concerns the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia for cooperation in the fields of livestock and fisheries, signed in Algiers on 13 April 2017.
