The Parliamentary Vice-Minister to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ryuji Yamane said Tuesday in Algiers that his visit to Algeria aimed at triggering the start of the process of political consultation under the memorandum signed between the two countries in December 2010.
