The Tunisian football team of local players has been crowned the champion of the second African Nations Championship (CHAN 2011) after beating Angola 3-0 in the final on Friday at El-Merreikh Stadium in Omdurman (Sudan).
Tunisia's Carthage Eagles have thus succeeded the RD Congo, the winner of the first edition, and which they beat in the quarter-final 1-0. Tunisia-Angola final match was refereed by the excellent South African Daniel Benett.
