A draft complementary ordinance has been approved in the Council of Ministers meeting. Held under the chairmanship of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, on Wednesday,the Council of Ministers has tackled a complementary law on additional loans for the commissioning budget due to finance the new compensation regime of civil servants in 2011, with retroactive effect as from Jan.2008 and additional needs with regards to budgetary positions inducted by the opening of new educational equipments, said the council’s report. The financial package (commissioning) is to cover up “expenses of the current redeployment of communal guards”. Thus, budgetary expenses for the exercices 2010 are to amount to 6.468 bln/da whose 3.446bln/da for the commissioning and 3.022Bln/da for equipements. Budgetary donations will be consecrated to the concretization of measures entering in the frame of struggle against different economic frauds , support to investment and enterprises, for the preservation of the national economy interest, human and cultural developments
