Peace negotiations between Palestinians and Israelis due on September in United States are met with good reactions from international community. Being subject to blunt refusal by Israeli government as regard cancellation of all Israeli settlements, this new round of talks is likely to meet another setback while Netanyahu is still holding on Jerusalem as eternal Jewish capital. In this regard, the Hamas Palestinian resistance movement has warned against“trickery” against Palestinian people. The OLP meeting under the chairmanship of Mahmoud Abbes came out with an acceptation by Palestinian to resume talks.” The OLP executive committee has announced his acceptation to resume direct talks with Israel in conformity with the international quartet invitation convoyed by the American State Secretary Hillary Clinton. On the other hand the Hamas movement has bluntly rejected the American invitation of being a new trickery, after Annapolis conference (in 2007 in the states ) during which Palestinians were left empty handed ahead of promised Palestinian State. Several countries have shown support to peace talks resume. The Egyptian president Hosni Moubarek has accepted the American offer and greeted the quartet invitation (UN.UE. U.S.A-Russia)The united states who sponsored indirect talks between the two parties have affirmed, through Obama Adviser John Brennan, that direct talks “ trigger a lot of hope”. On her side, the European Union Foreign representative , MRS Catherine Ashton a called on behalf of the UE his support for the launching of these talks while inviting Israeli to work “fast and hard” so to achieve peace talks in one year term
