President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has signed presidential decrees related to the ratification:
EM
1-The agreement on the disabled persons’ rights approved by the UN General Assembly in December 13th, 2006.
2-The civil aviation agreement between the government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed in Algiers on August 7th, 2007.
3-The amendment of paragraph 3 of article 1 in the Arab agreement for the fight against terrorism, approved by the Arab Justice ministers’ council on November 29th, 2006 and the interior ministers’ council on January 30 and 31st, 2008.
4-The agreement between the government of the People’s democratic Republic of Algeria and Islamic Republic of Iran to avoid double taxation and on exchanging information in terms of revenue and wealth taxes, signed in Tehran on August 12th, 2008.
