48 African Countries on the Second Pan-African Cultural Festival

Some 48 countries have announced their participation in the second Pana-African Cultural festival due to take place in Algeria from July 5 to July 20, including 32 have confirmed they are taking part in this event and sent lists of their delegations.
The minister of culture Khalida Toumi who made the announcement Wednesday specified that most of the Algerian sections taking part in activities completed their preparations including theatre which will be represented by public institutions as well as private corporations.
In addition, exhibitions will be organized in several places of the capital Algiers, including visual arts and African costumes. The cultural heritage will be also part of activities through specific exhibitions and shows.
