A second ministerial meeting of the Arab Maghreb Union took place Sunday at the Qatari capital Doha. The foreign affairs ministers of Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania met on the side lines if the Arab League summit.
A second ministerial meeting of the Arab Maghreb Union took place Sunday at the Qatari capital Doha. The foreign affairs ministers of Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania met on the side lines if the Arab League summit.Algerian foreign minister Mourad Medelci described the meeting as "positive". It dealt with a common Maghrebian plan of action, he said. The ministers had examined the Arab League summit agenda in an earlier meeting.
The foreign ministers also prepared the upcoming official Maghrebian meeting due to be held in Libya within three weeks.
